This depends on the situation. For simple jobs, we may be able to begin while we’re there during the assessment. However larger more complex projects may require more preparation but we can usually start within 1-2 weeks depending on schedule bandwidth

We can handle mold in most all areas, but the majority of our jobs are in basements and attics.

Each project is unique, but generally speaking we use a 2-stage remediation technique. The 1st removes the mold staining from surfaces - returning building materials to their natural color (“blonde” for wood). The 2nd stage is an ultra-low volume (ULV) spray. This is a mist that kills all air/surface mold spores, as well as creates a barrier on building materials making it harder for future mold growth to occur.
